As we completed the sale of our house, she was right there the entire time, and her team filled in when needed! We stayed in a rental until we found a forever home, which she helped out by reaching out to a fellow realtor. In September, I found out forever home and she was right there again when we had questions and needed clarification or direction. She assisted us without hesitation and remained helpful at each turn! Our experience as First Time Home Sellers was fantastic! We could not have asked for a more professional and personable realtor than Diana! My husband reached out on social medias for minor questions in selling our home for the first time. She was prompt and responsive and answered all of his questions. She even advised us that she could come to our home and explain in detail with paperwork (MLS and statistics) and help us truly understand the market at the time. She did not push us to sell at all, and said nothing about even using her when the time came. She was very helpful and assured us of the process of selling. When we asked about the current building market/cost/time/land purchases. She explained the process how the construction to VA loans work. This was all prior to starting with her as our realtor. After an hour of questions and answers, we decided to put the house on the market with her. She was prompt in responses to us and ensured that everyone who needed access to the residence was able to get in with her help. She never exaggerated timelines or prices, she was very fair through the entire process with what we could expect. We wanted to build a home in a different county and she set us up with another realtor more familiar with the area. We have decided since, not to build and are using her in our future home purchase. She has been honest and fair, never pushing or demanding we make choices. We have loved working with her!
